1. How do I place an order?

To place your order:
1.Add the desired item and quantity to your cart
2.Click the shopping cart icon.
3.Review your order and click Continue Checkout.
4.Sign in or Register.
5. Confirm your shipping details and payment method, click Continue Checkout.

2. I ordered a standard-size dress, not a custom-made one. Why is it taking so long?

All of our dresses are made-to-order, whether you ordered a standard or custom size, both require tailoring time. Tailoring Time is displayed on each dress's product page. If you add this time to the shipping time, you'll have an idea of when to expect your item.

3. How can I track my order status?

We will send you an email once your order has been shipped. Please Sign into ‘My Account’ and click ‘My Orders’ in the upper right corner.
Click on ‘View Details’ to check your order status. You can choose to chat now or email us to get information on your order.

4. When will I receive my order?

You can calculate a delivery estimate by taking the processing time and adding the shipping time. Currently it takes 11-13 days to make wedding dresses and 6-11 days to make other dresses. You can check the tailoring period on the product page. The shipping time depends on the shipping method. The fastest shipping - expedited shipping, takes 3-6 days. Standard shipping takes 5-8 days, and Super saver shipping (only for items under $50) takes 15-30 days.

1. What is the best way to choose my size?

Our size chart is independent. To choose the best size for you, please check the size chart on the product page, and refer to the measurements below each size. You can also refer to our measuring guide to see how to measure yourself. To ensure the dress fits you well, we also suggest you choose custom size, which means that we make the dress based on your exact measurements.

2. Will my item be exactly the same color as what is shown on your website?

Our colour charts online have been adjusted to display colour as close as possible to the colour of the actual fabrics. However, camera resolution and computer monitors can mean the colour may vary slightly between the photos and the actual fabric. Colours are subject to the actual dresses you get. We suggest you order a fabric swatch to view colours in person.

3. Could we get color swatches to see what the colors look like in reality?

Yes, colour swatches are just $2 each. They take anywhere from 2-10 business days to arrive. Order swatches.

4. How can I make sure all of my dresses are the same color?

To ensure that your dresses will be made from the same roll of fabric, please inform us of your requirement about colour via email or leave us a message in the Special Instructions column at the bottom of the check-out page when placing the order.

5. Can I change the design of a dress?

Due to agreements with the dress designers, we make the dresses strictly according to the pictures shown on our website. However, for certain dresses, we can add spaghetti straps or remove the train.
For adding spaghetti straps or removing a dress train, please confirm with our professional representatives first before you place your order. You can choose to chat now or email us.

2. How can I pay with Wire Transfer?

To send a wire transfer, just submit instructions to your bank, and provide the information about our account (you can find this on the order details page).
After you transfer your money, please inform us of which method you use, sender name, transaction ID and the transaction amount as well as the country you transfer the money from. You can also choose to chat now or email us.

3. How can I change payment methods?

If you have an unpaid order and want to use a different payment method, it's easy:
1. Sign into ‘My Account’ and click ‘My Orders’ in the upper right corner.
2. Click on the unpaid order you want to complete payment on.
3. Click ‘Edit Order’ and select your desired payment method, and then proceed to pay.

1. Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. There may be particular locations that we might require additional information to ship to, if so, we will get in touch with you ASAP.

2. What shipping methods do you offer?

We have three shipping methods including expedited shipping, standard shipping and super saver shipping. Super saver shipping is only for items priced less than US$50. Currently, we cooperate with DHL, UPS, TOLL and Post Office to ship our orders.

3. Can I change my shipping address?

You can only change the shipping address while your order is still in production. Please chat now or email us. Or you can send your correct shipping address to [email protected] Our representatives will correct your shipping address and send you a confirmation email as soon as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address nor delivery options.

4. How much does shipping cost?

The shipping fee will depend on the weight of the order. It is possible to check the estimated shipping cost at the Checkout page.

Returns - +

1. What is your return policy?

For all Standard Size dresses / shoes / accessories: JJ's House will issue a full refund of the cost of the returned product if you are not satisfied with your item(s). Shipping fee will not be refunded if the items are made and prepared in the correct way. However, JJ's House will issue a full refund including shipping for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. To receive a full refund, if eligible, please contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within 7 days upon receiving your item(s). The item must be returned in its original condition. The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with the original tags attached. We cannot process the return of any faulty item.

2.What is your return/exchange process?

1. Submit a return request at Contact Us to Customer Service within 7 days upon receiving your order. Please include an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return.
We reserve the right not to accept the returns without prior approval from our Customer Service. 2. Once our Customer Service has approved your request, we will provide you with a return address as well as a Product Return Form that must be filled in and included with your return. Please send the item(s) through your local post office within 3-5 business days upon receiving the return form. Please DO NOT use expedited courier like UPS, DHL or FedEx; the normal economic Post Office service would be just fine. Please keep the tracking number safe.
3. All the return item(s) will go through inspections. We will process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned. Once the refund has been processed by us, it usually takes 10-15 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may levy a small transaction charge. All PayPal payment can only be refunded via PayPal, all Credit Card payment?will only be refunded to the original Credit Card.

3. Can I return a standard-size dress?

Very happy with this dress. Exactly as in the photo. Look carefully at the length though. It is shorter than I normally wear! I hadn't noticed. My mistake!

Hi I am so happy with the quality of my dress it is excellent. I didn't order a swatch and the daffodil colour was a little different than I had anticipated but still relevant. I would suggest purchasing a swatch if the color is really important.

Amazing how you can order online between different countries and receive a dress that fits beautifully and in such a short period time. It was 10 days if that from placing order to in my hand.

I am in Melbourne Australia. I have just received my dress. Like 15 minutes ago. And oh how elated I am. It is the most beautifully well made to measure dress, or anything for that matter, that I ever bought. I am so delighted I just couldn't wait to thank you at J Js. I will be ordering again, and sooner than later!!

I was extremely skeptical buying a dress from this site, because I'd read some bad reviews on other sites, and only read good reviews on this site. However, after buying and receiving my dress, I can't believe what a great deal I received!

First of all, I ordered my dress on September 12. It was shipped on September 23, and arrived on September 25! Super fast shipping. :)

I almost had a panic attack when the dress arrived inside out, because it looked horrible! The stitches were raw, etc. and then I thought my worst nightmare came true. However, I realized my mistake, and turned the dress inside out and was absolutely amazed! The dress looked just like the picture, but obviously larger, since I'm a plus-sized lady (size 22).

The quality of the stitching and the fabric is amazing, and I'm thoroughly impressed I received such a well made dress for such an affordable price! I can't believe they nailed the soft folding of the chiffon over the bust, and the pleated satin waist, since those were two of the things that made me fall in love with the dress. AND, I can't help but mention the fact that the arms are the perfect size for a woman of my size. I can't tell you how many times I've fallen in love with a dress, only to learn that the sleeves are not proportional to the rest of the dress.

I picked this dress because I needed a conservative bridesmaid dress (in blush pink) and I'm so glad I did. It's absolutely amazing, and I recommend JJ's House highly. Between the fast tailoring, shipping, and the amazing dress quality, I'm blown away that I could get this lucky! I told myself the dress would either be dreamy, or my worst nightmare, and it's totally dreamy! :) I would definitely buy another dress from JJ's House.

This dress is gorgeous. It is extremely well-made and fully lined, even the sleeves. This makes it rather heavy and warm, good for a winter wedding. There is not a single unfinished edge, inside or out. The color, Ink Blue, is a sumptuous teal, very flattering. It is perfect for a mother-of-the-bride dress. However, all sales are final. The sizes run smaller than most US sizes and the only cases of refund are for incorrect color, shipping. Once you order a size, even if it doesn't fit, it's yours. I think it would be worth the small extra charge for custom tailoring; I didn't do this and my dress is very snug even though I ordered my usual size. When I complained of the snug fit, a representative offered to work with me to have a local tailor adjust the size. I thought that was fair. Remember that it runs small and order accordingly.
